1 1. Thou art the sapient Son of Heaven, O God, yes, and the Child of Earth, who knowest all things.

Bring Thy angels specially, Thou Sage, for worship.

2 2. The Wise One bestows the might of heroes, grants strengthening food, preparing it for nectar.

Thou who art rich in food, bring Thy angels hither.

3 The Infallible One lights earth and heaven, immortal, gracious to all men,

Lord through His strength, splendid through adorations.

4 Come to the worship, O Radiant and Mighty One, come to the offerer's house who hath the gift.

Come, friendly-minded, ye angels, to witness the offering.

5 In the floods' home art Thou enkindled, O God, Knower of all things, Son of Strength, eternal,

Exalting with Thine help the gathering-places.
