4 Accept our gift for weal, Sharer of praise! the Soma shed:

O Hero, come.

5 Be pleased with these libations which attract Thee to our sacred gifts

O Hero, come.

6 Accept this eulogy of mine whose model is the Gayatri:

O Hero, come.

7 Come with the early-faring angels, Thou who art Lord of genuine wealth:

O Lord, to the Soma gift.

8 Hear Thou the call of Atris, hear Syavasva as he sheds the juice:

O Lord, to the Soma gift.

9 Thus have I called Thee to our aid as sages called on Thee of old:

O Lord, to the Soma gift!

10 God's grace I claim, to whom this psalm of praise is sung.
