1 May we be free from every bond, O Merciful! a castle among the righteous and men. Winning, may we win the All-Seeing and the Friend, and, being, may we be, O earth and heaven. 2 May the All-Seeing and the Friend grant this blessing, our Guardians, shelter to our seed and offspring. Let us not suffer for another's trespass, nor do the thing that You punish. 3 The ever-prompt elders, imploring riches from God the Light-giver, obtained them. So may our Lord who is great and holy, and all the righteous, accordant, grant this favour.
