Plain text of Right Ginza, Third Book: The Book of the Living, First Teaching (21)
we shall do away with the lineage of life,"
who rise every day to strife:
the planets do not know,
the children of the vain dwelling,
that, though they made the division,
I have divided their own lineages.
Their lineages I have divided.
Of them some shall serve for ploughing,
others shall serve for slaughtering,
others for riding, others for eating.
All the calls that they called out
were called for Adam's sake.
For they all
received their scent from the offerings.
They who called out calls,
let them pass on their way,
let them obey Adam,
obey his whole lineage.
When I had dealt so with the planets,
they had no speech left.
When I showed it to Adam,
he rejoiced and was of good cheer beyond measure.
I stepped forward with the Uthras, my brothers,
and instructed Adam and his whole lineage.
I said to them:
"Do good works
and provide yourselves with provision for the journey.
Make the call of life heard,
that your name may be established in the house of the Mighty One.
Speak pure words,
that in salvation you may be made firm as pure ones.
Speak with kindness
and say nothing evil.
Worship and praise the great God
and the great light that has come here.
Honour the Uthras with respect,
for they are helpers by God's leave,
helpers and a support
from the place of darkness to the place of light."
Praised be the Living God, steadfast be Manda d-Haije, blessed be His name; peace be upon Silmai and Nidbai, Hibil, Sitil and Anos. God is victorious over all works. Victory is won by Jawar-Ziwa and his helpers.
This is the book of the living, first teaching.
