Plain text of The Gatha Spenta Mainyu · Yasna 25

And we give thanks to God for His bountiful gifts with our sacrifice, which rule aright and dispose of all aright; and we offer this sacred plant, this flesh and branch, (2) and these offerings for the good waters, having the sacred plant with them, and the flesh with them, and Hadhanaepata, and lifted up with sanctity, and we offer the water of the plant for the beneficial waters; and we honour the two, the stone mortar and the iron mortar; (3) and we offer this plant for the bundle and the well-timed prayer for blessings which has approached within the proper place of the ritual course, and also both the remembrance and the practice of the good religion of the worshippers of the Wise Lord, and the heard recital of the Gathas, and the well-timed prayer for blessings of the holy leader of the ritual order which has approached, and these wood-billets with the perfume, in thanks to God for the light, His sign, O Wise Lord, and we give thanks for all good objects which are God-made, and which contain and are the seed of righteousness.

And we worship God the Wise Lord with our sacrifice, the resplendent, the glorious, and in thanks for His bountiful gifts, which rule aright and dispose of all aright, and God the Friend of the wide pastures, the Giver of peace to the pasture; and we give thanks for the shining sun, the resplendent, immortal in its course, of the fleet horses.

And we give thanks to God for the holy wind which works on high, placed higher than the other creatures in the creation; and we give thanks for this which is Thine, O Lord, and which appertains to the Bountiful Spirit; and we give thanks for the most true religious knowledge, God-made and holy, and for the good law of the worshippers of the Wise Lord.

And we hold in honour the bountiful sacred word, verily glorious as it is, even the law pronounced against the powers of evil, the law of Zarathushtra, and its long descent; yea, we hold in honour the good religion of the worshippers of the Wise Lord, and the sacred word which is heart-devoted and bounteous, imparting heart's devotion to the saint; yea, we hold in honour the religion maintained in the understanding of the saint; and we honour that science which is the bounteous word, and the innate understanding God-made, and the derived understanding, heard with ear, and God-made.

Yea, we give thanks to God for the light, the sign of the Wise Lord, the holy Lord of the ritual order; and we give thanks for all the lights, and for Mount Ushi-darena, which holds the light, God-made and holy, the mount brilliant with sanctity. 8. And we honour every holy spiritual angel, and every holy earthly servant of God who exists!
