Let God the Radiant go against our foemen, burning against ill-will and imprecation. Let Him bewilder our opponents' army. Let the All-Knowing smite and make them handless.

Mighty art Thou for such a deed, O Lord. Overcome them and destroy them. Thy angels slew, and these were left imploring. Let the Wise One assail them!

O Bountiful, O Mighty One, slayer of fiends, O Radiant One, burn, in Thy might, against these men, the foeman's host that threatens us.

Shot down the slope, forth go Thy bolt, destroying foes, O Mighty One! Overthrow those who stand and follow. On every side fulfil these men's intention.

O Mighty One, bewilder Thou the foemen's army. With the furious rush of fire and wind drive them away to every side.

Let God daze their army. Let His angels overthrow it with might. Let Him take their eyes away, and let the conquered host retreat.
