Thee, O God the Mighty, we invoke, the Strong, what time the offering is made. So accept the savoury gift.

2 O God, whom many praise, accept the strength-conferring offering. Pour down on us satisfying provision.

3 O God, with all Thy angels promote our wealth-bestowing sacrifice, Thou highly-praised Lord of men.

4 Lord of the brave, to Thee are offered these drops of the expressed juice, the bright drops devoted for Thy sake.

5 Accept the excellent offering, O God: all provision from heaven belongs to Thee.

6 Accept our offering, Lord of hymns: with streams of sweetness Thou dost bless us. Our glory, O God, is Thy gift.

7 To God go the offerings of the worshipper which never fail. Strong is He who accepts the devotion.

8 From far away, from near at hand, O God, come to us with mercy. Accept the songs we sing to Thee.
