May God the Light-giver make all cattle grow and prosper in my stable, with the Udumbara wood, helper of him who longs for wealth!

2 May He who was our household light, the ruler of our cattle, strong, endow us with prosperity through the Udumbara wood.

3 By the favour of God, may the Sustainer give me plenty, rich in the kine's droppings and in fruit, and, in our dwelling, food and drink.

4 I win great plenty, while I wear the Udumbara wood. Of quadrupeds and bipeds, of juices and food of every sort,

5 I have obtained abundant wealth of cattle, bipeds and quadrupeds, and corn in plenty. God the Light-giver and God the Lord of Prayer vouchsafe me the milk of kine and herbs' refreshing juices!

6 Fain would I be the lord of herds of cattle: may He who rules o'er riches send me riches! May the Udumbara wood be a means of possessions unto me.

7 To me with wealth and children come the Udumbara wood, with splendour come, hastened by God the Mighty on its way!

8 Divine, foe-quelling wood, wealth-winner for the gain of wealth—may it give store of beasts and food and cause our kine to multiply.

9 As thou, O forest tree, wast born with increase when thy life began, so let God, Giver of knowledge, bestow abundant growth of wealth on me.

10 Let God, Giver of knowledge, vouchsafe me wealth, household prosperity, and corn! Let God, Giver of prosperity, bring them, and this Udumbara wood.

11 Lord of all wealth, Thou art most mighty: in Thy gift is wealth, Thou hast engendered riches. These gains are lodged with Thee, and all great treasures. Conquer, O God: far from us banish malignity, and indigence, and hunger.

12 Vigour is Thy gift: in me do Thou plant vigour; riches are Thy gift, so do Thou grant me riches; plenty is Thy gift, so prosper me with plenty. O Householder, hear a householder's petition.

13 O God, enrich us: vouchsafe us wealth with all good men about us. I bind this on for increase of possessions.

14 For hero is this hero bound. So may He make our offering sweetly-savoured, and grant us wealth with all good men about us.
