Peace hath been given us from the east, and from the west security. May God the Light-giver guard me from the south, and from the north the Lord of Might!

2 May the angels from the sky protect me, and the lights of God from the earth. May God the Mighty and the Radiant guard me from the eastward, on all sides may the two helpers give me shelter. May the All-Knowing guard, sidelong, our cattle. Our shield on all sides be the Creator of the worlds!
