The brilliant lights shining in heaven together, which through the world glide on with rapid motion, and the days, and the firmament, with songs I praise God, seeking the favour of the Lord of the twenty-eight mansions of the moon.

May God, who ordained the lunar mansions, hear me and bless me.

May He be my bliss and make my right hand prosper, and bring me luck.

Food may God grant me; may He bring me strength and vigour; may He endow me with virtuous merit and make me prosper.

May He afford me ample freedom and guard me safely; may He bring me luck and abundant riches.
