Plain text of Book 7, Hymn 26
I will declare the mighty deeds of God the All-Pervading, who measured out the earthly regions, who propped the highest place of congregation, by whose decree the sun rises, culminates and sets, widely striding.
2 Loud is the praise of this achievement. May He approach us from the farthest distance.
3 Thou within whose command all worlds and creatures have their habitation, accept our offering and promote the giver more and more.
4 Through all this world extends God's power; the whole is gathered in His command.
5 God the guardian, whom none deceives, made decrees thenceforth, establishing these high decrees.
6 Look ye on God's works, whereby He has let His holy ways be seen.
7 The righteous evermore behold that loftiest place where God is, like an extended eye in heaven.
8 From heaven, O Lord, or from earth, or from the great far-spreading air's mid-region, fill both Thy hands full of abundant treasures, and from the right and left bestow them freely.
