May heaven and earth, wise pair, may the bright and pure grant me this thing by reason of the gift. May God the Radiant and His provision mark this offering: may the wind and the Light-giver and the Bestower guard us.

2 Again return to us our breath and spirit, again come back to us our life and vision! O God, Friend of all men, unscathed, our bodies' guardian, stand between us and every woe and danger!

3 We are again united with our bodies, with happy mind, with spirit, strength, and splendour. May the Fashioner here make room for us, and freedom, and smooth whate'er is injured in our bodies.
